Q. Why do people come to you?

A. Individuals who would like to hear about an alternative to Western medicine seek out Iridology by “I”.  Appointments are made by people seeking a second or third opinion, as well as those who are just curious about what the eyes can reveal.

Q. How long is an appointment?

A. The initial full health assessment is two hours long and consists of Iridology (inherited and historical), Sclerology (present situation), recommendations and review of current medications and supplements.

The initial short health assessment is one hour long and consists of Sclerology (present situation), recommendations and review of current medications and supplements.

Follow-up appointments are based on needs and are generally one hour in length.

Reiki and all other services are one hour in length.

Q. What occurs in an initial full health assessment?

A. Using magnification, the iris (coloured part of the eye) and the sclera (white part of the eye) are analyzed and observations noted with respect to the health of the individual’s tissues, organs and body systems. 

A written report is provided.  Recommendations are made utilizing herbs, other supplements and lifestyle changes.  Medications are taken into account.  All current and recommended supplements are muscle tested for efficacy, dose and duration. 

Herbs and other supplements are available for purchase.

Q. How accurate is an Iridology analysis?

A. Clients have found Iridology, Sclerology and Rayid to be very accurate.  The degree of accuracy is dependent on the expertise of the Iridologist.  Irene has been practicing since 1996.

Q. If I wear contacts or have had eye surgery (laser, cataract) can you read my eyes?

A. You will need to remove glasses.  Soft contact lenses may be worn during the analysis.  Eye surgery may affect the observation of certain areas and should be mentioned at the appointment.

Q. How effective is a Reiki treatment?

A. Healing will occur when Reiki is combined with the sincere desire of the recipient, who is willing to effect a cleansing within their emotional and spiritual consciousness.

Q. How often do I have to come?

A. Follow-up consultations are scheduled three weeks to three months after the initial visit, depending on the need.

Treatment services may be weekly or as needed.

Q. What days and hours are available for appointments?

A. Appointments can be scheduled 7 days per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Q. How do I get to you?

A. We are conveniently located in mid-Etobicoke. The major intersection of Kipling and Eglinton Avenues is 5–10 minutes from all major highways.

By public transit we are one 15 minute bus ride from the Kipling subway station.
